I gonna call them one day and see about it after we have a set place if that turns out to be where we are going to go.
hold the presses, when I spoke to the manager she said she has plenty of sites available at that time, several open together and then a few permanent full timers ( who can't move ) and then another block of open waterfront sites,
on the down low, she told me they could move other guests at a time closer to our arrival to keep most of us together....didn't really didn't wanna make a big case out of it, but it would be nice to all be together......
one person, maybe TD should be the contact with mgr at the resort now, at first contact before this becomes a SNAFU, my question is have we picked this place or is it still in the air ?? my thought are that with everyone calling that little office, something will get screwed up, my crystal ball tells me the office will block sites for iboats and then other members will call and somehow we told no more available when in fact they are holding them for us ????
what I posted above was we need to contact the manager at the resort directly to get that favor and the rally rate, I also noted back many pages ago that the Encore company ( that's Crystal Isles corp reservation people, well they basically suck ) and they are famous for overbooking and crossing reservations
then the members wishing to attend can have something like an iboats code word or something to make sure you get one of the site she can set aside for us and the rally rate...........when I spoke to the manager, she said it was best to contact the resort directly, over going thru rvonthego.com ......I think we need to abide by that
