Customer sent me this and made my morning..
And here I was nervous about my first launch..
I knew a guy that accidently did that on purpose to get out of a bad loan on the truck so who knows.
Just how do you EXPLAIN to your adjuster what happened?
You were making a U turn to line up and back her in?
You dropped your cigg butt and your pants caught on fire and the only thing to do was punch it to the water??
There was this blonde in a bikini walking down the dock and well...Next thing I know I am in the water??
Ouch, that is insurance fraud and that would have gotten him is big trouble had he gotten caught.
no boss, i think chris figured it out. easy way to get out of a loan.
I think he didn't realize the water got deep so fast. After all, that tugboat looking boat to the right is barely under water.. how come it's so shallow over there?!![]()
Actually the most probable answer may be on the pole above him. Does that say "Tie up" or "tide up"? If he parked at low tide and then the tide came up, he would have been in the water at high tide, especially if he rolled in further when he panicked or when the brakes failed when they got soaked.

This is what I heard about this pic and seems to make the most sense. Looks like he forgot to unhook the boat from the trailer.looks like TIE UP to me
if you look closely, you can see the cable pulling the rig out of the water. i bet he backed in, floated around a bit, and they reeled him in by the trailer. that's a pretty good spot to set the hook.![]()
