1.most ramp parking lots are inclined towards the ramp.

2.he pulls in the lot facing the ramp .

3.Parking brake fails or forgotten- who knows?

4.gets out to do his " make ready ramp routine"

5.truck & trl head for the ramp.

6.it pretty much come to a stops when it hit the water before he can stop it from rolling further.

Hey check out the TOP HEAVY looking 4 story boat way in the background......doesnt look too stable for heavy seas if ya ask me!!!!
Id lose my lunch being on top of that 4th deck in wavy seas! lol

I bet....... if this WASNT insurance fraud.. ...that the guy got out of his truck and forgot to put it in park with the parking brake...anyways. he went to put in the plug and it rolled away by itself into the water....oooooops!!!!!!!!!!!!
