New lower outdrive. No water flow Alpha 1 gen 1

Just put in a new lower unit and the water is not flowing. The impeller is new and looks fine. If you seen my earlier post i hit a rock and messed the gears of the lower unit the upper gears looked fine by eye. Any suggestions what it could be?

no but i pulled the lower AGAIN. i found the impeller was kind of on one side more then the rest. probly by an litte under half an inch.

Would this affect it enough to not even push any water?

im gonna change it again and see what happens tomorrow.

Also make sure you get the water tube in the guide.
