Re: Bowrider or Cuddy Cabin, why did you choose which..
For Rehobeth Bay: get a center console. Plenty of seating, especially up in the bow where everyone wants to sit. Way more seaworthy so if you know what you're doing, you won't (likely) stuff the bow and if you do, it all drains out. High sides means someone can pee in a bucket between the console and side, or in the splashwell (or even in the livewell if the fish don't mind). At 21' + you can put a porta (or bucket) in the console.
Although it works for some people, I think a cuddy on a boat under 20' is a waste--you add a lot of weight so you need a bigger engine; cut off access to the bow, lose outdoor seating, but with no appreciable usable space--an all day interference to cover 3 trips to the bathroom.
walk-arounds were not listed as a choice in your "poll" but I suppose you count them as a cuddy; the same considerations apply.
If someone insists on being brought to shore, or having a flushie, to pee, he or she should probably not be boating--or camping, hiking, fishing, birdwatching, hunting or harvesting truffles.
