I found a dog running loose on the side of the road, took her to my vet because she was all cut up and bloody, they treated her for some nasty mange and dropped her at the local pound.
followed up on her and was told she wouldn't be a candidate for adoption because of the mange, so we adopted her.
she's the dumbest, stubbornest, sometimes annoying best friend I'll ever have

I don't take her fishing because I don't trust her off lead (I mean look how she was found..)

Pets are the greatest my doxie loves everyone in the house no matter what anyone outside is fair game to his endless barking but thats a good thing because it's his house and yard and he's alwaays waiting at the door when I get home and ready to get on my lap or my heals where ever I go (very loyal) and loves to lounge with dad. Don't know what I'd do without him.

I did get mildly annoyed today when my other one had an upset stomach and projectile pooped all over my rug though.
