Good deal, happy to see that you HAVE compression numbers, and that they are coming up. Hey, on the bright side, a older Merc 25hp 2-stroke with pull start only would run numbers like that and be somewhat healthy. Being that it's a 03' and probably had 130psi or greater before the oil incident, well thats another issue. You could run it one or two more times, run the test. Put a can of seafoam in the tank with 6 gallons of premixed gas, run it out and do the test again. If your planning to rebuild it anyway, what would it hurt to see if you could bring the numbers up a less expensive way. Just a thought.
