Check the connector below your manifold. There should be a hose and that plug. Of there is no plug then no worries. The previous owner probably replace the elbow with one without a drain.

Thank you- can you explain a bit more for what I am looking for? is this for a water pump? Thanks.

gonzalez3346 seems to be mentioning that if you can't locate a blue (or black) plug like in question at the bottom of the exhaust manifold then someone may have replaced the hose/T elbow fitting with one that doesn't utilize a drain hole to plug.< The fitting that plug A screws into below....Looking at all your photos above, it seems you have successfully installed all the blue plugs in the correct areas and technically should be ready to go boating provided someone else didn't disconnect any additional hoses &/or hose clamps elsewhere on the engine due to you say you still seem to have a small water leak coming from somewhere..... As Scott Danforth said in post #21 above, if you still have a leak, you need to find and repair it for your and others safety. Good luck.:)

perfect, thanks! Yes, I must have a small leak because I need to run the bilge everyonce in a while to get the water out, this started happening last year, at least once an hour for a minute or so. I assume that is not normal?
