'96 Mariner 175 EFI Bogging Down

Recently replaced impeller and thermostats to solve overheating issue.....that was successful.....now there is no power at hole shot. BARELY able to get it on plane. Once up and running, high end runs fine. I ran it for a couple of hours thinking it might be a fuel issue but each time I would drop off of plane and try to take off again, it was the same result, just no low end power.
Any ideas? Fuel pump, filters, stator?

Hello - Did you ever find a solution to this??? I'm dealing with the same issue on my '89 Mariner 175. I went through carbs and did needles and seats but I still have no hole shot.
