Are deck hatches standard sizes? Same corner radius, etc? I was looking to buy a used replacement from length and width measurements but was concerrened about the corners fitting.

NOTHING is standard on boats, you can't even assume that a hatch cover is rectangular without carefully measuring (yes, I found that out the hard way).
