Not likely to be the last time you need to change the bellows or bearing. It'd be a wise investment to have the tools on hand.

Ebay has some pretty good deals on kits that come with everything you need.

I'm gonna need them tomorrow. And yeah you can have too many tools esp. after been thru divorce and you had to lose or down size everything.

You can use a 1/2" allen key or socket to remove the hinge pins. Should be able to get one of those for a few bucks.
If you install an exhaust tube instead of bellows you won't need a tool for that.
Maybe you can borrow/rent the alignment tool somewhere?
If you know a machinist you can get the alignment tool made quick.

I heard that about Allen key and went to HD yesterday and biggest one they had was 3/8, I probably can get from neighbors, now all I'm concerned with is alignment tool.thanks

Don't you have a West Marine (or similar) near you? The hinge pin tool is under $20.

I used the $3 home made bellows expander for the exhaust bellows. Get the alignment tool. They run $35-$40 and you will need it later. They sell one with the bearing driver also. When I did mine I had a local shop install the bearing. It was $65 for the part and that included install.

Many cold chisels have a 1/2" allen body. Fits like a glove.

Well, i measured my chisels and they appear bigger than 1/2 but they are hard to measure I'll bring a 1/2 dozen, now I'm getting confident, the only thing I'm short Is the alignment tool.

No more expensive than they are, that you just need to bite the bullet and buy one.

If I can't get the alignment tool in time can I put the bellows back together but leave the out drive off and do alignment in a couple of day. Thanks

Yes most definitely as the alignment is pretty much the last step you do before reinstalling the drive.;) Just cover the open hole to keep things cleaner in the meantime.:)

FYI I pulled my hinge pins last night using a 5/16 threaded rod joiner that happens to be 1/2 inch on the outside. Cost 1.40 at Home Depot.. Fit great. Put a socket to it and voila. No need to even search for 1/2 Allen key
