National Safe Boating Week starts this Saturday, 5/16, and runs through Friday, 5/22. While EVERY week should be a Safe Boating Week, NSBW activities include public awareness programs sponsored by the US Power Squadrons and US Coast Guard Auxiliary. Look for information booths and free vessel safety check drives at your local boat ramps and marinas.
