I have a 2003 Glastron MX175 with a VP 3.0GLM-C motor. It's leaking coolant from the overflow tube on the heat exchanger where it connects to the filler neck. There is a little metal tube I can pop out that has a little washer on it. I can pop it back in the filler neck, it's just not a perfect fit so some coolant can seep past it. How do I fix this? It's leaking at the end of the red pin in the pic. Thanks ahead of time. I can't find any info on this heat exchanger anywhere.

Take it to a radiator shop.

Ayuh,..... Unless yer reasonably Handy,....
That's a pretty easy fix, with a plumber's torch, a steel brush, crocus cloth, some flux, 'n solder,...

Welcome Aboard 503,..... ;)

Take the nipple outa the tubin', 'n Clean it shiny metal Clean,...
Take the cap off the tank,....
With a little wire brush, or possibly the crocus cloth, Clean the area the 2 meet, shiny metal Clean,.....
Smear some flux 'round the joint,...
Position the nipple(have someone, or something Hold it)
Then put heat to the joint, not too much, just enough for the solder to flow over the Cleaned to shiny metal Clean, fluxed areas of the joint,....

Let it cool, reassemble, 'n Go Boatin',......

I just happened to find a shop that specializes in marine HE and pressure and flow tested it for me, fixed the leak and replaced the cap for under 50$. Thought was pretty good considering most boat shops on the area charge 110$ an hour to stare at it.
