I'm within 30 miles of 3 lakes and one river as far as close about 10 miles.

Hello, Ten minutes across town to get to the slip. We have at least four ramps here that all are on the same brackish water river (the Hackensack in NJ) Two are free state/city ramps. The other belong to marinas. I'm launching one way or the other!

5 minutes to 3 boat landings. Many more within 15 minutes.<br />10,000 or more within 4-5 hour drive here in MN.

Hey<br /><br />I'm about 15 minutes from the Great South bay on Long Island. Once I am on the water if i want to go to the ocean its about a 40 minute boat ride -- but the fishing in the bay is usually very good-- and the family fun is excellent in the bay as well <br /><br />See Ya<br />COOL IT !!!!

About 2 hours to one of the best lakes in Oregon. http://home.velocitus.net/atlatlist/owy11x17.JPG This reservoir is over 50 miles in length and is rich in geology, archaeology and yes, fishing.

10 miles from the Pee Dee river 12 from nice fishing lake Badin 15-18 miles Lake Norman 35 mins ,Wylie ? <br />Intra coastal and sea about 250 miles with many lakes in between.Then NE toward VA which is good 2-3 hr drive.

8 miles to Sackets Harbor, on Lake Ontario(#1 launch site)<br />19 miles to Clayton,+ the St. Lawrence River(#2 choice)<br />Over 100 smaller lakes,+ ponds, Within an Hours Drive..........<br /><br />Boater's Heaven.......<br />3 months a Year.............

So close, yet so far away..<br /><br />There are many ramps, both fresh and salt water, within 10-30 minutes of me.. Just not enuff parking at any of them on nice weekends..<br /><br />hummm? maybe start working weekends and take about tuesday and wednesday off? No crowds then... hummmmm!

10 min. to Lake Ontario, to town ramp, about 2hrs to Southern Georgian Bay/ Trent Severn River. about 3hrs to St Lawerence Seaway (1000 Islands).

We live on the water, the boat is in the slip under the house. Drop it down and go. It takes about 10 minutes down the main canal to get out on the bay.

540 Miles. I live in West Virginia, about 70 miles south of Pittsburgh, but boat from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I go down about once ever 3 weeks from May until November or December, taking a long weekend (4 or 5 days) with each trip, plus a week in the spring and a week in the fall. Been doing it that way for about 13 years. I used to go down more often but the driveing is getting to me these days.<br /><br />Thom

Three miles down the road to a ramp on the ICW. From there another two miles to the Venice Inlet and the open Gulf of Mexico.

With in 5 minutes to 20 minutes for 7 fresh water lakes and one river. 15 minutes to salt water in 3 directions.

seven minutes to the boat dock or the town ramp!!!<br /><br />Five minutes to the open ocean!!! And some of the best fishing on the East Coast!!!!

I live 3 blocks uphill from the river, am ten minutes from my marina slip - just grab the keys and go. My biggest hindrance is finding a place to park the car!

Hi I am 10 min from local res, which is nice on weekdays withh hellish armadas of kids with "daddys boat" on weekends. <br /> It is 45min to mississippi from here, and 2hr drive to favorite ramp (guttenburg IA, pool 10) absolutely the most beautiful streach of bluff lined river!
