What year was this engine made?

Here's a photo of the data plate. I was told it's a 1985 but I believe it's a 1990. Here's the data from the plate if it's unreadable: Top stamp "130ETLD" Bottom Left "6L1" Bottom Center "L" Bottom Right "302956"

Have you done a google search of the # and letters you out down and look at the page of photos to find your motor.
Your photo of the data plate didn't work.If you could post a picture of the inside and outside of your motor the forum will know what year your motor was made.
What is wrong with your motor first, then we will figure out what year it is for parts.
