1975 johnson 35 hp impeller

I have a 1976 johnson 35 hp model 35el76g I am looking for a impeller I cannot find the right one the one that evinrude parts and the parts store says it takes is way different size and I also have a 1977 35 hp that has a identical impeller but the keyway is a.little different below.are the used impellers the one on the left is from my 77 and the right is from my 76 the part # for the new one is 0378891 could any one shed.some.light

Most parts stores don't want to touch or even acknowledge older outboards, but glad you found the part, I would look around on Craiglist or google around, usually there are a few marinas that still carry old parts.

Could be possible, most of the 35HPs from the decade were very similar, here is service manual for the year, you can skim through that and maybe find some answers if still curious.
