Help identifying trailer part

Hi, I have a Load-Rite trailer for my 22' sailboat and it has two extenders - one fixed length and the other that extends in length to launch in shallow water. Anyway, the trailer has a bracket that holds the two pieces together and it has rusted out. Does anyone know what this piece is called and where I can buy a new one? Thanks

Take the old one to a welding shop and them fab a new one.

Y'know ... Load Rite is still in biz. You may wanna' contact a dealer and see what they might know about the part. It may be something they rigged up for some sailboat trailers to help with the keels.
