Depends on where you live. About $200 with controls if you live in the great lakes area, about $500 if you live in the corners of canada

$200 for a 95hp engine that runs? what makes you say that?

Not everyone WANTS a 1966 Merc 950, many (probably most) boaters want newer then 50+yr old outboards, and esp the more modern systems they provide.

I'm not a buyer, but to my own detriment, I like old motors.....

Because it's what a 50 year old motor goes for this time of year. I have a more rare Mark 20 and Mark 25 from the 50's that I couldn't sell if I wanted to ( limited desire). If your motor was from the late 80's or newer, it would be worth a bit more.

How well does it run? Parts are more and more unavailable and expensive, which makes it less desirable.

Where are you located? How much do you think it's worth? Obviously more than 200 bucks.
