Guys I need some help. For two years my boat goes into limp mode, every single time I take it out. Sometimes only once, sometimes three times. Reset at neutral then Runs great and purrs like a kitten. No, it's not overheating. It doesn't matter if I'm at 1000 rpm, 3000 rpm or 6000 rpm. Been to the mechanic 3 times. He hooks it up and it shows no codes. Replaced the impeller myself when I bought it last year, that's when this started, but its peeing water and not getting hot. Replaced the thermostat because it was a little corroded along with some by-pass that was corroded also. They got it to act up the other day while hooked up to a computer and said the coolant temp sensor was faulty. Replaced it and took it out today. It's worse now than it was before. Now I have to shut the boat off to reset the alarm and its doing it at idle, on a cold engine. The only thing I have not checked is the battery voltage but ive had no issues with the battery at all. Yes, the correct prop is on the boat. Any help guys?
