Hey.

I feel like a complete dumba**, but I had a brain fart. After removing the plugs to check the flywheel run-out today with my dial-indicator. I turned the motor 5 or 6 times CW (RH) instead of CCW (LH) very slowly. This is looking at the rear of the engine.

FYI - A normal 5/8" plug socket didn't fit (as I've read) to remove the plugs. So I used the removal tool from my 4tec Sea-doo!

I was using 1/2" - 12" wrench on one of the flywheel nuts. Once I exited the "brain fart" situation I could turn it by HAND the correct direction.

Did I break anything??

I know the cams, oil pump and distributor aren't designed to "run" in that direction. However this was just manually turning it over quite slow while reading the dial indicator. Which showed me .003" run-out.

Oh and it has no water pump as that's in the drive, the accessory belt is still on course.

I seriously don't know if anyone will even know the answer, but hopefully someone will have some input.

Shouldn't hurt nothing. Don't worry
