Service Bulletin from 1980 to present for johnson V4 needed for rebuild PLEASE

Hi guys as you know im getting ready to strip down my 1980 V4 85hp Crossflow number J85TLCSA
Can anyone give me details of the Dealer up dates done to this motor please.
When its rebuilt - reborn i would like to have added all the recommended updates that have been issued for this motor.
As she sits just now she has had Zero factory refits/changes done to her.

There are no refit/recall kits on the 1980up crossflows,just Ficht series. Most service bulletins, were intended to advise service personnel of updated parts/service procedures, not to announce recalls and or problems There are some bulletins for better operation.
SB2051.....plugged crankcase recirc valves
SB2062....altitude kits
SB2067....mixed carbs
SB2096...carb cleaning procedures
SB2119...restricted VRO arrester
SB2122....tank vent cause excessive oil usage
SB2219.....fuel,additives,oil and breakin
SB2228....engine idle and lean spit
SB2011R...recommended batterys
SB2050...incorrect trim relay connector
SB2249...starter solenoid sticking
Nothing performance wise....

What was SB2051.....plugged crankcase recirc valves about ?

About fuel additives/changes that caused recirc to stop up causing idle/stutter problems. There are no dealer updates for your engine, same basic design since the late 60's.

Thanks once again Fazt i am changing all the hoses and fuel lines in the rebuild.
The boat gets its last run an 10 days time. Then the fun begins in the transformation.
