I am looking for the manual for this boat. I am a victim of changes in boating manufacturers ownership and change of product line. The company Hydra Sports Custom no longer manufactures center console boats of the smaller variety.

Solicitaion isnt permitted

A manual likely never existed for the boat. A boat owners manual is the most basic info and mostly about boating safely, not at all like a cars manual.

What info are you looking for?

Motor service manuals are available and very helpful.

Care and maintenance wouldnt be boat specific

Unfortunately, parts arent readily available from most manufacturers still in business. Depending on what parts you need you might get lucky ebay or craigslist.

What parts?

Motor maintenance info would be in the motor service manual.

Usually boat owner's manuals don't list that sort of stuff . . . mostly basic stuff, like safety information. The engine manuals are usually the most useful.

As mentioned above, the owner's manual is more of a guideline of do's and don'ts when it comes to rules of the water. Generally they don't contain any part call outs for replacement parts. Out of the (3) boats I've owned since new, only the Four Winns had such a listing including wiring diagrams. I would consider this the exception. My current Chap has parts information available ONLINE only, available in PDF format. No prices and contact the dealer - meaning if you have to ask the price you probably don't want to know! The engine manual is where it is at as it will include maintenance schedules and some wiring diagrams specific to the engine. All other systems - you're best tracing wires/hoses and creating your own diagram especially when it comes to used boats as who knows what the previous owner jerry-rigged.

Care and maintenance are generic - what exactly are you looking to correct? Gelcoat that's lost its luster? Stains in your seating? Other??

Thank you for the info. I am amazed there are no schematics for how hoses, wiring, etc. are run in the boat.

Upscale boat manufacturers DO maintain that info, as well as provide a comprehensive Owner's Manual. As an example, I can get anything like that, including a complete build sheet, for my Boston Whaler simply by e-mailing them. They will provide the info in PDF. However, it's not in the Manual.

If Hydro Sports is still in business, call them.
