Good morning Fellow boaters, question for the gurus, I have a Monterey 262 (2001) I had someone remove the dash pannel and when re assembly he forgot how he unplug, Im now looking for a schematic on how the connections should go, since now I have no trim tabs. I have looked around google but can see anything specific.
Any help is appreciated !!!

Scott, I believe these are the factory installed tabs, the reservoir is Bennett, buttons are not 1 unit but individual.

Is it 4 round push buttons or side by side rocker switches? Can you post a picture?

OK, the builder installed two Double Pole Double Throw switches side by side. We do basically the same thing with our rocker switches.

The center four terminals are connected together and 12v power is feed to them.
The top two terminals are bridged together and Bennett yellow wire (tabs up) is connected to them.
The bottom two terminals are bridged together and the Bennett blue wire (tabs down) is connected to them.
The right top and bottom terminals are bridged together and the Bennett green wire (starboard tab valve) is connected to them.
The left top and bottom terminals are bridged together and the Bennett red wire (port tab valve) is connected to them.

With switches like that, you can physically press one up and one down, but don't ever do that, it will immediately blow the fuse. The Bennett-supplied switches don't allow that, AFAIK.

Followed the guide above to correct the bottons but it seems the unit in the transom is not getting power to it.

Power comes to the system on the center strap on the switch marked +. And the system is grounded with the black wire at the pump.
