7.4 mag gives double beep alarm at 3000 RPM...?

Take the scanner for a boat ride. Nothing in my TSM about 2 beeps. Low voltage, bad connection. Check your sensors for the 5 volt input

Only beeping over 3k sound very 'IAC'... But again, without the software running, we are all just guessing.
