Gear oil leak

Boat: 2010 SeaRay I/O 17 1/2 feet
Engine: Mercruiser 3.0 Alpha 1 Gen 2

I noticed that gear oil was leaking out of water vents on the lower half so when I removed the lower half and in process of changing the impeller, I noticed that the oil seal carrier, carrier compartment, impeller and impeller housing all had gear oil (for some reason I cannot upload pics). Before I change the impeller and do a pressure test, could this be a leak somewhere near the oil seal carrier or the carrier itself?

Look under the pump at items 19, 20 and 21, its probably leaking there

No and those parts mentioned previously is what keeps the water and lube separated
