1950s Johnson Seahorse 10hp ID

I have a Johnson seahorse, burgundy and white and a 10 on the cowling. I can't find a model or serial number anywhere, but based on several youtube videos (like this one) I think it's a QD17. Can anyone confirm based on the pics attached? and if it is a QD17 (or whatever it turns out to be) I'm looking for parts and/or service manuals. Thanks!

I wonder if the number (1346273) on this freeze plug is a serial number, or just a part number.

I would say that the paint colour makes it a 56 model.
