1996 Dynasty Bowrider - Cooler Replacement?

Hey Guys - I have a 1996 Dynasty Bowrider 180, and I believe it is supposed to have a cooler in the glove box on the port side of the boat (I think its called a glove box, not sure). Inside, there is a drain that goes out to the side of the boat, and I'm pretty sure it was intended to hold ice and whatnot. As it is, however, the drain is not flush with the bottom of the box, so if I fill it with ice, it never fully drains.

That tells me there is probably an insert or something missing.

Any ideas how that's supposed to work, and if its an insert, where I might procure one?

I'd expect its a drain to keep lots of water from standing in a closed glovebox, not a cooler or missing any parts

Boat got any cupholders? If so, and factory original, again, I'd bet they have a drain hole in the bottom..

Some aftermarket cupholders come w drain limes.

There's a bunch of cupholders, but they are just sitting in openings that appear to go straight down to the hull, which would appear to drain back to the bilge - so I guess sort of.

I'll get a picture of the glove box. If there's no insert, then I need to find a way to drain the excess water out (probably stick a fish tank pump in there or something), because the drain is about a half an inch higher than the bottom of the box (I was testing it and filled it up, so there's water sitting in it right now.
