Chrysler 130hp clutch dog

Will the clutch dog out of a Chrysler 130hp work in the lower unit of a Chrysler 85hp? Thanks

If you swap a 1 piece LU dog with a 1 piece LU dog or a 2 piece LU dog with 2 piece LU dog ....yes.

Take them apart and compare??
You know the years of the lower units?

The parts diagrams I found don't have a 130 but a 135
The 1976 dogs on the 85 and 135 don't swap???

You can fix the old one if your handy with a dremel.
Or maybe, just maybe?? turn it around and see if it works???

Best bet take them apart and compare??

I have it out of the 130hp I have for parts. I haven't touched the 85hp yet. I wanted to know if it would work before I took it apart as the 85hp doesn't belong to me, I was going to repair it for a guy.
