Cannot edit profile, signature or new pics

Hi Guys,
Been awhile but I am unable to do the above in regards to my profile. All categories do not allow me to edit, add, change etc.
My signature disappeared and cannot make new. Email needs corrected.

Yes. we will know when all works again. We're grinding away with no PPE.
