I went back and looked again at your diagram, I now see that the wire would go purple to switch to dizzy. Gotcha! And the great and black wires would just terminate.
I got everything hooked up and I mean to tell you this boat has never run so smoothly! I’m still not sure I’ve got the shift interrupt hooked up right, as it wouldn’t start while hooked up but fired right up when I unplugged it.... But I was able to time it and set the carb up and it ran on the muffs for 30 minutes just flawlessly. Thank you thank you thank you for your help.
