Question about parts that aren’t being manufactured anymore

Does this look right? What is this spring called? Should there be a washer on the end? Also, my boat still won’t go WOT without it missing..it will make the motor stop and go with a big jump. It’s almost like it turns off and back on but when I go back to 3/4 throttle it runs fine. Then randomly when I go back to neutral and try to go faster, the engine seems like it has no power and want speed up. Could it be the stator? I’ve changed the fuel pump, spark plugs, power pack, coil packs and rebuilt/cleaned the carbs.

I’m in the USA..I’ll try eBay. Any idea what would cause the engine to miss at WOT? All I can think of now is the stator

You could start with doing ( learn perhaps ) some trouble shooting.-----Or try a new stator.----If you are wrong you will have a $300 spare part on hand.

How do you recommend troubleshooting? My friend has done a bunch of stuff testing the spark and stuff. It wasn’t keeping a constant spark on the second cylinder so we installed a new power pack.

Did the new powerpack help ?-------Post the results of a compression test.------Have you replaced water pump impeller.?----Motor might be going into S.L.O.W.

What is slow?
compression average 130 on all 3
Power pack helps the motor idle and sound a lot better. It still won’t go wot. Water pump was changed before this season

Local fellow in town has a 3D printer.-----Maybe somebody local to you can print that part.----Or you have to research and find used one !!

I can try to find a 3D printer locally..I can’t find it online anywhere but I’ll continue to search

If I had to , I think I could fix that part with some carbon fiber and epoxy.----Nothing to it.
