Evinrude 70 pee question

I notices a weak pee stream out the back of my engine when on muffs last year. I honestly don’t know if it had the same in the water as I don’t look often. It looks like the water pours out vs strong pee stream. Any advice would be appreciated before I take into dealer. I’ve attached the video. 2000 evinrude 70 model number e70pl4ss

Can't tell much on muffs. Try it in a trash can, with water well above the water pump. If the impeller hasn't been replaced within a couple of years, that should be task one.

Missing the indicator tube cap #5031165 and maybe the tube that screw in.

Thank you, I think that's it! Any idea how to install this thing. looks like one screws off and the other you hammer in?
