Can someone help me identify the model number and year of my Sea King?
Thanks in advance.

There is a metal plate on the transom bracket. Post the model and serial numbers and we can answer the question in a flash.

It doesn't look like a Sea King (Monky Ward motor made by the Gale Products division of Evinrude Motors) and the numbers don't match the SK database. I don't know what you have. Sorry to be of no help.

Looks like a version of the 2 stroke TECUMSEH lawnmower engine of the 1960's.----Or even one of the CHRYSLER 3.6 HP models.

It says Sea King on the tank. Looks like it matches up well. Do you think it was swapped? It looks 1940's to me compared to my other early outboards.
Thanks for the help so far!
