Johnson 115 lower unit/ mid section leaks water. Is this normal?

Is the water leaking from the lower/ mid section normal? Or do I need to replace something?

probably wouldn't hurt to torque the nuts a little more (don't break them), but running on muffs will blow water all over the place from a bunch of openings.

II do not believe tightening any nuts will resolve this.----I think it is normal.

I would remove the lower unit and inspect the water pump. When running does water come out the weep hole of the motor? If not the water pump may be clogged or something.
