I've never written a complained about any manufacture so this is going to be a first for me. I ordered a counter rotation Stainless Steel Prop from the local Mercury dealer in April. First it was going to be six weeks, after six weeks it was going to be mid August. I've just been told its now 12 more weeks (here in Rhode Island the boating season ends for the most part in October). In mid-July I figured I'd order and aluminum (until the Cadillac SS came in from Mercury). I order the prop from i-Boat, came in a week. Of course two weeks later I bounced it off a rock, back to i-boat for a new prop, again one week!!!! Maybe it's time Mercury fired it's current Supply Chain VP and hired i-boats person ... OH and the dealer has $500 of my money as a deposit!!!!!
