I have a 1989 Mariner outboard with the engine like new and it has a water leak that comes into the bottom cowling. It comes out of the tube next to the thermostat. I poured water down the closest tube ( smaller one( in the photo and it dribbles out the bottom below it but I cannot see it. Not sure if i have to pull the engine out or if there is an easier fix. Any help appreciated
