Cleaning Product for Hypalon Dinghy

Tried the West Marine cleaning products to clean my Dinghy, nothing seems to remove the faded look. Short of having a complete restoration what is the trick to bring back the new look? The product I've been using does clean the boat, but I guess I'm looking to get that new look back.

Is the Hypalon fabric in excellent condition, it's not dried, hardened, bit craked ? Zodiac has special products for that task, a matter to check their web page and find out if are available in the US.
