Gents, just installed a rebuilt 6.2, will not start. No spark off coil, changed Crankshaft position sensor with a known good one from other engine, but still no luck.changed relays and other engine runs.. Doesn’t seem like fuel pressure either. Any ideas on why a good crankshaft position sensor would not be working correctly? Did all electrical tests on this engine and the other engine, and everything is identical. What am I missing? is there someone on the front of the crankshaft I should check, maybe pickup under the harmonic balancer? Thanks in advance…

What's the serial number?
Takes more then just a CPS for it to fire.
What are "all the electrical checks"?
Was a spark gap tester used?
Was the old motor running before reman installed?

Checked voltage at ignition coil and coil driver while cranking had at 13 volts when on, 10 volts while cranking. Checked CPS and CPS harness and had voltage exactly like other engine, ground tested good.
Did not use a spark gap tester
The old motor was running before components were swapped over.

This sounds like a problem that would be much easier to figure out with the rinda software... But a scope or dvm on hz or vac can tell you if you're getting a signal from the cpm.
