Agreed------New stuff is for the " easy spending folks"-------This new stuff in 4 stroke outboards or electric cars is for the well to do.-------Very enjoyable , smooth and quiet , but not cheap.
I can afford a fancy expensive 4 stroke, but will choose a 2 stroke any day.
If you get a late model (2000's) 2 stroke, they're pretty damn smooth and quiet, and much more powerful.
