I need to at a minimum I need to recarpet the pontoon and replace the floor in the go fast boat. Impossible to find a place to rent that I can heat to work on over the winter.
I only want to do 1 boat at a time. I may have to do it cold and that is less than ideal, but yes rental spaces do not want you working in those spaces I need to over head lift the rail off the pontoon.
A friend built a temporary addition onto the front of his garage to rebuild his boat a number of years back.
