Ok where to start… I got this motor running so far. I just order a carb rebuild kit and a new fuel pump so that will go in as soon as I get it. It takes a lot of effort to turn over, then it doesn’t like to accelerate too much. It’ll run but not very fast, just a little bit past a knot.
However!
Today I found brown milk oil in the can of water under the motor. I’m not a mechanic but I do figure things out decently well.
I’ve been researching leaks and how to replace seals etc. but any advice would be so welcomed!

That leakage may be normal.-----Perhaps caused by it running on 1 cylinder.----Post compression test results.-----Does spark jump a gap of 5/16" or more on both leads ?-----New diaphragm on the fuel pump would be my fix.

A leaking Lower Unit would not be leaking at the top of the 5 inch Extension.
have you done a Sniff Test on the stuff doming out of the Drainage Hole? If the stuff leaking out stinks to High Heaven, it is likely Gear Oil

I did not notice any stinkiness but I didn’t really smell it closely. I will tomorrow! If it does stink how would I fix that kind of a gear oil leak?

Replacement of the Seals, under the Water Pump, and for the Shift Shaft.

Probably running on one cylinder. Fuel going through the nonrunning cylinder and draining out of the exhaust where it has been emulsified with water and turned black by carbon.
