Going to look at a1999 Sylvan 1600 Adventure with a 75hp 2 stroke, any ideas on possible cruising speed or top speed, I know much depends upon prop etc. just your thoughts.

I have a Sylvan16' side console with a 40 hp and get just 31 mph. If your 75 is in top running condition, my guess would be around 40 mph. Not familiar with that exact model but pics would help. I can say that I really like my Sylvan, great aluminum boat...no leaks..not one !!
