Off shore customer service frustration.

Spent a total of 2 1/2 hours yesterday over the course of 3 calls and went through 6 customer service reps before I got one that I could fully understand and knew what was going on. Frustrating to say the least. You can hear the room full of people in the background jabbering away. Curious what they pay these people. Most of what they ā€œ knowā€ is scripted on a paper in front of them. Any deviation from the norm they are lost, then the real fun starts. I believe most of the offshore CS are based in India.
One time I got one where I could hear a rooster crowing in the background. I asked her about it. Said she lived on a farm in the Philippines. She actually had her act together.

All companies are being bought up by GANGS of greedy people. Wanting the highest profits.
They gut all the profits. Then sell it to the Vulture gangs. Who sell off all equipment for pennies on the dollar.

Oh well.

I had a similar experience with Amazon Customer Service. I asked to speak to the manager and was told, "We have no managers, only supervisors." So, I got a supervisor who could only tell me, "The computer won't let me do that." "That is not an option on the computer." Etc. So I asked to speak to who she reports to and "Precious" couldn't tell me who that is ... she did not know or have a number to transfer me. 90 plus minutes for nothing. I was no better off than when I started. So frustrating. Especially since the item was ordered 3 times and all three times came as the wrong item. After # 2 had a phone call with them and they were going to make sure the right item was sent ... nope, same item sent the 3rd time ... ugh!

I’ve had some good customer service experiences recently. Some are still awaiting final outcome , but the responsiveness has been good.

So, UPS came to pick up the 3 boxes that were going back because they couldn't get the 4th one correct. Only problem was that Amazon only sent 1 return slip ... we will see what I get credited for ... I really don't want to have to talk to them again ...

So, UPS came to pick up the 3 boxes that were going back because they couldn't get the 4th one correct. Only problem was that Amazon only sent 1 return slip ... we will see what I get credited for ... I really don't want to have to talk to them again ...

Check the return for MULTIPLE boxes to be returned. Had 1 like that.
"Customer Service" did the return for me when they couldn't figure out how to make the situation right. Apparently they don't know how to make a return either ...

We are so close to A I Then you get no satisfaction in most cases. If it is not a computer covered situation.
