I have a 2025 Starcraft 166 DC with a F70. With 3 grown adults I have trouble getting this thing on plane. It’s actually embarrassing, it takes almost a mile to get up. It had a 3 blade prop with 13.5x15. I’ve since bought a 4 blade with same diameter and pitch from TurningPoint propellers and it’s not that great of a difference.
The dealership says it’s a warranty issue and has since adding tiny little angle iron trim tabs on new boats to help. They’re sending me the pieces to add on but not sure it’ll help. This is what my dealer is saying will work for me. What’s my best option?

are you using the correct procedure trim /throttle wise wise , just how "grown " are these 3 adults and whats your weight distribution ? Smaller light weight boats are sensitive to just where the weight is in the boat at take off . If you have 3 large blokes ,24 gallons of motion potion on board you may have to get the guys to come up forward while getting out of the hole.
...just to see if its is a lack of power issue .
