On August 1st my wife and I had just returned home from a birthday celebration for my Son in Law and grandson. 1st and 4th respectively! I was feeling pretty good and normal. About 9:30 I started feeling pretty tired and without any other symptoms. I started feeling terrible and I said to my wife, and she said she could hardly understand me. Call 911! I don’t have any memory of anything after that until I felt normal again. What happened next is the most frightening thing that I’ve ever experienced. The only way I can describe it, lt was like something took control of my body, I was throwing anything that was near me. I was yelling at my wife to call 911 but she couldn’t understand what I was saying.
I was totally out of control and couldn’t speak right. Then without any kind of intervention I came out of it. I knew something had happened but know idea of what! After that my wife said I hear the ambulance and she said go put underwear on. So I did and then I walked out the door to the ambulance and said I the patient and then they put me in the ambulance and did vital. They saw nothing and told me they would transport me to the ER or my wife can? So about an hour later we show up at the hospital and they took me in and put me in a room.. about 2 am it happened again and that one was worse. And again a little after 3 am it happen again and that has been nothing ! Test after test in the 3 days that passes and NOTHING was found to be wrong with me. I spent 4 days in the hospital and NO results. I have to this day never had any issues whatsoever like that before and it was very scary !
When the doctor came in and said that he was going to release me and send me home, I said Not until I no what happened! So the next day they said we don’t know what happened to you. So they said we have no reason to keep you since you have had no more episodes of the same symptoms. So I home and they told me to resume normal activities. That was some crazy stuff!!

They found nothing wrong ? Pretty tired, no symptoms first thing I think ( living in FL) is dehydration. You got admitted and the first thing you did was drink the water ( nervous wth happened to me ) next thing was, wth happened to me, water always available, you drank it without thinking.
Nothing wrong with you now after probably 6 7 8 hour wait because you were drinking the supplied water and not even thinking about it. First rule on my boats ( maybe second, but whatever, is to have at least 2 gallons per person on board, seemed like a lot until my doctor told me a gallon of water per day.
Now yes, some can come from watermelon, morning coffee, a cucumber salad, pizza, wait, no, I am just hungry. You are probably dehydrated .
Or, it could be the same type of brain tumor that killed my Dad.
They found a cure for it a year later after his 3 brain surgeries.
BLUNT ENOUGH !
Probably was just dehydration but promise to get second opinion.

You will probably find a blood sugar problem also, how much cake did you eat at that celebration ?

ahh, just remembered something, were you on any tropical islands in the past year or barefoot on any island ? Rare form of worm, no visible symptoms except extreme tiredness and irritability

A friend at work was complaining he was loosing his mind. Couldn’t remember anything. Woke up one morning having a seizure in bed. Two days in the hospital turned up nothing. Put him on anti-seizure meds. Memory still getting worse…

A couple of weeks later, I walked into his office to him passed out, lying in a pool of blood from an open wound in his head. Later found that he passed out and hit his head on the corner of his desk. A medivac ride to shock trauma and 3 days of observation turned up nothing either.

A functioning alcoholic, doctors suggested he cut back and or stop drinking altogether which he did. A little over a year later, his seizures have stopped and his memory is returning.

A coincidence? They don’t know

Or, it could be the same type of brain tumor that killed my Dad.
They found a cure for it a year later after his death
What kind of tumor is that?
My MIL and her nephew both died from Glioblastoma. My BIL had a golf ball sized tumor removed shortly thereafter that fortunately was benign. Still no signs of regrowth 15 years later

There is such a thing as to much water...sent they that a couple summers back. We were in a two week long hot spell and I was drinking all kinds of water, but having dizzy spells and loss of memory. As it turned out, I was flushing all the sodium ( electrolites) out if my system. Switched over to the gatorade type drinks. Actually mix them 50% with water as I an not a salt fan. Things began to turn around after a few days. Yes, you need water but you can over water your body, so add some electrolyte every so often to keep a balance.

Remember drinking Gatorade after football or wrestling practice back in High School lol?
You ran afoul of the body's sodium/potassium pump!

Did they do an MRI on your brain? Sounds like a mini stroke, certainly an ischemic episode isn’t out of the question.
