Agreed! That’s going to be a great look. I have never worked with basswood. Does it get a bit darker over time or hold its color pretty good?

No idea I like it for the weight. I am just going to put poly on it make it shiny

I am going to have to stick a window AC unit in the fish house to work on it, it is like a sauna in there.
OOOHHHHH! There is a great idea ... a sauna for the summer months and a fish house for the winter months! Get double the usage! Now we are cooking (literally and figuratively)!

i am about done with a approx 600 sq ft deck and prob 98% was perfectly fine. What makes it more incredible it that I did a pick up so they just picked and loaded for me.

I once saw a guy coming completely unglued in a Home Depot picking through lumber. I have say there were a lot of bananas he was tossing around.

I am chomping at the bit to get started putting in the walls, unfortunately I have grass to mow, fertilizer to put down, lake weeds to net up. Might have to start working on it after dark.

So after this weekend the go fast boat will be pulled and winterized and put in storage for the winter, time to pull the fish house out and get busy to have it ready for winter.
