SS replacements available from Hardin Marine Just got mine and there remarkable.
Something I should have developed,
Ayuh,...... I made my own,....
1/2" x 1/2" -13 ssteel bolt, 2,1/2" ssteel flat washers, an fatish o-ring,.....

I ground a little slot in the head of the bolt, 'n welded one flat washer into the slot, to act as the wings,...
Slip on the other flat washer, 'n the fatish o-ring on, then screw it in,....

(edit) should have added, coat the threads with Perfect Seal, before screwing it in,.....

A friend had that issue and think had to remove the fitting the plug screws into. This was on the manifold I think.

I have one of the blue plugs with both ears broken off. How do I get it out? Drill it out?
Heat up the blade of a large-ish flat blade left hand screwdriver and shove it into the plug so it melts its way in ....let it cool or tip some 0 alcohol beer or water ( same thing )on it and unscrew it .
