Where to drill?

Based off of this past thread... Is there any way someone could post a photo of where this vent is supposed to go. I totally feel like I'm going to drill in the wrong place.... And what size drill bit? Then I've got to tap threads in? What threads?

AI sort of winged it here. I am talking about 1998 type Johnson 200 Oceanrunner. A gentleman name Dhadley had offered a comment about adding a vent to the top of the block. He hasn't been online since 2014 :-(
Anyone else have experience with this tweak?
