not always, but close.Sweet looking boat ... but then the Formulas always are ...
So when are you doing the OB conversion?![]()
So, is the dealer taking your boat (Chap 280) and trading it for the Formula 270. . . . Like an even swap?I think it is because it's listed in IL and MI so both sides of lake Michigan. IT's the dealer demo boat and has 14 hours on it.
Yes, I was going to offer some guidance and technical assistance on that.So when are you doing the OB conversion?![]()
No, mine with cash from meSo, is the dealer taking your boat (Chap 280) and trading it for the Formula 270. . . . Like an even swap?
I think you and I are the only two sticking with IOs. For lake boating I just can give up the swim platform.Yes, doing it in a trade and getting rid of the Crap oh I mean Chap
Going back to I/O

Looks relatively accessibleIf buying new I would not order the extended swim platform, but it's used so get what they have
The motor is closed cool and uses the new Bravo cool fuel. I see in the future seeing if I can changed the cool fuel to old style cool fuel or other with return to tank. Least this boat has a lot more room around the motor than my old 27PC

Correct cool fuel is raw water cooledlots of room down there. Nice.
Being the neophyte i am, i had to look up Cool Fuel and the internets tell me it uses raw water not closed system?
The motor is closed cool including exhaust manifoldsso you have both raw and closed?

Does it have cats? They scare me, though probably not as big a deal in the fresh.Depends on fresh or salt water, I'm in fresh so don't worry much about corrosion. Impeller is cheap enough, everything else is not like Fuel cooler $2K,
