Hey guys I have an E10RCNS that has a broken recoil spring it’s a red piece that moves back and forth when you pull the recoil. I found a guy with a parts motor I was gonna buy that and the whole throttle arm for $80.my mechanic told me “the throttle arm
Bushings are all worn out on it” but in the picture he sent I have no idea which part he is referring to.

Is the nylon bushing in the second picture what he’s referring to?

I would think under the handle but that piece does not go there. To me it's where the handle meets the frame of the outboard.

So it was this piece. But I feel like the teeth are in great shape if anything where the plastic rod sits in the back is where it’s worn out, it feels like it has lots of play when that rod sits in there. IMG_4331.jpegIMG_4332.jpeg
